The people behind Oakley’s Wine Cellar in Elberta have brought an elevated dining experience to Baldwin County with Oakley’s Wine Bar and Bistro, Gulf Coast Media reports. At 25022 State Street in Downtown Elberta behind Oakley’s Wine Cellar, the restaurant was originally planned to offer pizzas, charcuteries and flatbreads but has expanded beyond the original vision. It has a speakeasy vibe with a full bar, indoor seating and an outdoor patio. Oakley’s Wine Bar and Bistro serves hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood provided by local fishermen, along with pastas, dips, salads, charcuterie boards and desserts. It also offers seasonal items, a specialty cocktail menu and a curated wine selection.
