PJ’s Coffee to Expand Into Mobile And Beyond

With the success already seen at its new Spanish Fort store after a soft opening in September and a grand opening on October 2,PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans plans to open more locations locally and further into Alabama, according AL.com. Between Mobile and Baldwin counties, PJ’s plans to have three locations under father-and-son franchisees Harry and Dalton Dodich. The second location is a shop they plan to build on Cottage Hill Road in Mobile with construction planned to start in January 2021. So far, PJ’s has awarded licenses for 10 stores in the state.
