Ruth’s Chris To Feature Rombauer Vineyards

Ruth’s Chris Mobile is hosting its next TasteMaker Dinner event on April 18. The event will feature wines from Rombauer Vineyards. Ruth’s Chris’ chefs have curated a menu pairing Rombauer wines with four courses. Winemaker Koerner Rombauer’s Great Aunt Irma wrote The Joy of Cooking in 1931, and her bestselling cookbook is still in print. One of her recipes inspired the evening’s dessert course, a decadent Rombauer Jam Cake with brown sugar icing and vanilla bean chantilly cream.
