Smalls Sliders Signs Multi-Unit Deal For Mobile

Smalls Sliders, a cheeseburger slider brand, has signed a multi-unit development agreement to bring four locations to the Mobile area. The deal is led by the Belote family, including Reggie Belote and his children, Cam and Joanna. Together, they have spent more than 20 years building restaurant businesses and currently own and operate five local Zaxbys locations. The agreement marks the next chapter for a family business that has spent years building restaurants and developing teams throughout the Southeast. The group plans to open its first Mobile-area “Can” in early 2027, with additional locations to follow as development progresses. Smalls Sliders serves fresh, cooked-to-order cheeseburger sliders, seasoned waffle fries and hand-spun milkshakes from its signature orange shipping containers called “Cans.” It opened in 2019 with one location and now has more than four dozen, plus hundreds in development, across 30 states. As part of its continued expansion in the region, Smalls Sliders is seeking real estate opportunities throughout the market.
