Waffles R Wild Opens Downtown Foley Location, Second In Area

Waffles R Wild recently opened its newest location in Foley with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Marking the business’s second location in the area—with the original at Downtown OWA in Foley—the new location brings Waffles R Wild’s 1930s speakeasy theme and creative menu to Downtown Foley. Originally founded by owner Danielle Duemmel and her parents, the concept has grown from a beloved food truck into a unique brick-and-mortar dining favorite. Duemmel studied culinary arts at Monroe Community College. The restaurant takes waffles far beyond traditional breakfast fare, serving sweet and savory gourmet creations, craft cocktails, all-day dining and regular community programming. The new location will host a full calendar of weekly activities, including trivia nights, family game nights, happy hour specials and weekend entertainment.
