The Cowart Group Publishes Executive Benefits Book

Michael Cowart, Sr. and Michael Cowart, Jr. of Mobile-based insurance and investment firm The Cowart Group recently published a book on their specialty, executive benefits. The 76-page Max Out not Taxed Out: A Tactical Guide to Tax-Free Retirement Plans for Business Owners, CEOs and Executives is available on Kindle and as a paperback. “CEOs, business owners and executives are always looking for ways to favor themselves and their top employees, but you can’t achieve that always through qualified plans like traditional 401(k)s. There are ways to favor top talent without the Internal Revenue Service restrictions,” the authors explained. They add that the book’s goal is to inspire readers to look for better personalized plans for their executives without the restrictions of traditional corporate retirement plans.
