BIS Announces Email Security Platform

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. — Robertsdale-based Business Information Solutions, Inc. (BIS), has announced a new, advanced email security platform to combat phishing attacks and email impersonation. Rampart Secure Email provides anti-spoofing, advanced threat protection, email monitoring, email encryption, Domain Name System management and end-user security training. BIS partnered with security vendors to create a custom package intended to thwart cyber threats using a multipronged approach. The company said that in 2020, 75% of organizations experienced a phishing attack and that these numbers continue to rise as hackers find creative ways to infiltrate networks. A webinar taking place on April 28 at 12-1 p.m. will explain the product, the state of email security today, email fraud, how to spot phishing emails and steps to protect your inbox from hackers.
