Tickets are on sale for the Alabama Coastal Foundation’s 15th Annual Good Life Bicycle Ride. It involves a scenic 9-mile bicycle ride through the backcountry trails of Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores on May 4, May 7, May 9 and May 11. Each day, the group will gather at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot east of Lake Shelby Playground at 20110 Highway 135, and the ride will begin at 9 a.m. after a safety briefing. In addition, there will be a 30-minute break at the Nature Center for education on the coastal environment. Funds raised will go toward raising awareness for bicycle safety.
