Armbrecht Jackson Announces Addition Of Two Associates

Armbrecht Jackson LLP recently announced that Mitch Dolen and Nathan Pohlman have joined the firm as associates. Dolen practices primarily in areas of business transactions, real estate and finance. He received his JD from Cumberland School of Law in 2025 and a BS from The University of Alabama in 2019. Dolen practices primarily in the areas of business and corporate transactions, including business formation and governance, banking and finance, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, Dolen worked as a licensed insurance producer in Chicago brokering wholesale and surplus-lines coverage for commercial clients and serving as a managing general agent for carriers based in the U.S. and London. Dolen clerked at Armbrecht Jackson during the summers of 2023 and 2024 and joined the firm full-time in fall 2025. Pohlman practices primarily in areas of commercial, maritime and general litigation. He received his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2025 and a BS from Auburn University in 2022. During law school, Pohlman externed for Judge L. Scott Coogler of the Northern District of Alabama, served as the Lead Articles Editor for Volume 49 of the Law & Psychology Review and was a member of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society.
