BLI Employee Receives Social Media Certification

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — Baldwin Legal Investigations (BLI) recently announced that Rebecca Stephens, BLI administrative director, has become a certified social media intelligence expert. Stephens holds a BS in criminology from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to her tenure as a licensed private investigator with BLI, she was a dispatcher for police, fire and rescue departments for more than six years. Stephens specializes in public records searches, background checks and data analytics on forensic accounting cases. She provides critical information for all of BLI’s background investigations.
