Hand Arendall Founder Inducted To Hall Of Fame

Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC recently announced that Charles B. Arendall, Jr., a founding member of the firm and longtime managing member, was  posthumously inducted to the Alabama Lawyers’ Hall of Fame by the Alabama State Bar Association. Arendall graduated from the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree, and graduated cum laude from the Harvard School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and joined the Mobile Bar Association (MBA) in 1938. He began his legal career as an associate at Smith & Johnston in 1938. He went on to form what is now Hand Arendall Harrison Sale, which he led for several decades. Arendall served as president of MBA in 1976 and served on state, national and international committees over the years. He was a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Mobile, which named a residential hall in his honor.
