MOBILE, Ala. — Hand Arendall Harrison Sale recently announced the addition of Sean Dudley to its business section in Mobile. Dudley serves as counsel with a broad transactional practice covering mergers and acquisitions (M&As), commercial lending, real estate, entity formation, private equity, local opinion practice and bank regulatory compliance. After completing his undergraduate and JD at Notre Dame, Dudley worked in the Chicago office of a national firm before moving to Mobile in 2012. He was a partner at his firm before leaving the practice of law to start a company with his father. While serving as in-house counsel, he continued to manage a solo legal practice for some of his M&A and real estate clients.
