Jeremy Taylor Joins Christian & Small As Partner

The law firm of Christian & Small LLP recently announced that Jeremy P. Taylor has joined the firm’s Mobile office as partner, according to the Mobile Bar Association (MBA). Taylor represents clients in complex litigation and insurance, product liability and transportation defense matters. Taylor is a native of Mobile with more than 26 years of experience in litigation claims involving catastrophic injury, fatalities and damages, primarily in transportation and heavy industry. He is a member of the Christian & Small Commercial Vehicle 24/7 Response Team. Taylor routinely defends multimillion-dollar cases, has mediated hundreds of cases and has tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts of South Alabama. He is an active community member and former chair of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). He is a frequent speaker for organizations including ABA, Transportation Mega-Conferences, the Trucking Law Committee of Defense Research Institute, MBA and the Baldwin County Bar Association.
