Joseph McGowin Joins Cunningham Bounds

The attorneys of Cunningham Bounds recently announced Joseph F. McGowin has joined the firm as an associate. McGowin graduated from the University of Virginia and earned his JD from the Alabama School of Law. He began his career in his hometown of Mobile, representing clients who were victims of the negligence and wrongdoing of others. His early law practice primarily involved medical malpractice cases. In 2019, he moved to Texas, where he continued to represent personal injury clients. While in Texas, he handled cases throughout the nation, representing trucking crash victims, oilfield workers, inshore and offshore maritime workers, and clients injured in commercial and industrial accidents. McGowin recently returned to Mobile, and his practice focuses on personal injury, medical negligence, products liability, maritime law and wrongful death cases.
