Last Day For MBA Liberty Bell Award Nominations

The Mobile Bar Association (MBA) is seeking nominations for its annual Liberty Bell Award. This award recognizes a non-lawyer member of the community who has contributed to strengthening the effectiveness of the American system of freedom under law. To qualify, the non-lawyer nominee must promote a better understanding of the Constitution, encourage respect for the law and the courts, stimulate a deeper sense of individual responsibility, contribute to the effective functioning of government, and/or foster a better understanding and appreciation of the rule of law. The deadline date for submission is April 24. The Liberty Bell Award will be presented to the recipient on May 15 at the MBA Membership Luncheon at the Battle House Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom in Mobile beginning at 11:45 a.m.
