Local Lawyer Elected Bar President

Briskman & Binion PC Partner Charlie Potts has been elected president of the Mobile Bar Association (MBA) for 2021, according to Business Alabama. Potts has experience in jury, non-jury and appellate civil practice. He also serves on MBA’s Judicial Nominating Committee for Mobile County, which is tasked to nominate qualified candidates to fill judicial vacancies in Mobile County to the governor.
