Outside Chief Legal Adds Reynolds As Of Counsel

Outside Chief Legal LLC announced that Terri Sharpley Reynolds has joined the firm as of counsel, bringing nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of law, government and community development. In this role, Reynolds will partner with the firm’s public-sector, nonprofit and mission-driven business clients on complex matters while continuing to serve as managing partner of Levitate Logic & Consulting, LLC, where she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on legal compliance, fund development and strategic innovation. Under her leadership, Levitate has helped clients secure more than $200 million in state and federal awards, implement major grant programs, and build systems that promote accountability and measurable results. Reynolds’ career began in public service, including roles as political director and the inaugural district director for U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell and director of public affairs and legislative counsel for the Association of County Commissions of Alabama. In addition to her legal and consulting work, she cofounded Levi’s Grace, Inc., a nonprofit that supports mothers coping with pregnancy and infant loss, and serves on the boards of the Freshwater Land Trust; Court Appointed Special Advocates of the River Region; and Alabama Blackbelt Scholars, Inc. She earned her JD from the University of Alabama School of Law.
