Outside Chief Legal LLC Welcomes Kearns

Outside Chief Legal LLC has announced the addition of Benjamin Kearns as litigator and executive. Kearns comes to Outside Chief Legal with significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of litigation matters. His practice has focused on business and contractual litigation, director and officer liability, insurance defense, bad faith, personal injury, wrongful death, partner and LLC member disputes, construction litigation, premises liability and fair debt collection issues. He also has a solid background in contract review, drafting and negotiation. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Kearns was selected for the Trial Advocacy Competition Class, served with distinction on the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and argued in the National Tax Moot Court Competition. Kearns is a member and served two years as chair of the Mobile Bar Association Lawyers Assistance Committee and is a member of its Wellness Committee. At the state level, he sits on the Alabama Bar Association Lawyers Assistance Program Committee.
