Starnes Firm, Lawyers Nationally Ranked

The 2021 edition of the Benchmark Litigation, a guide to leading litigation firms and attorneys in America, recently named Starnes Davis Florie LLP as one of Alabama’s “Highly Recommended Litigation Firms.” Benchmark also recognized Starnes Davis Florie attorneys Will Axon, Billy Bates, Tony Davis, Chris Eagan, Jay Ezelle, Mike Florie, Joe Miller, Bob MacKenzie, Trey Wells and Mike Wright as “Litigation Stars” for Alabama. Also, company lawyers Scott Stevens and Will Davis were named to Benchmark’s “40 & Under Hot List.” Finally, its attorneys Trip Umbach, Alfred Perkins and Breanna Young were named “Labor & Employment Stars” for the state. All rankings are based on extensive interviews with both litigators and clients, the firm said. Researchers examine recent casework handled by firms and ask individual litigators for peer review.
