Tobias & Comer Law Adds Attorney

Lacey Smith recently joined Tobias & Comer Law of Mobile after spending the first part of her career at one of Mobile’s preeminent insurance defense firms, where she was a partner and successfully represented large corporate clients in high-stakes lawsuits throughout the state and the country. Smith is a Mobile native with more than 15 years of complex civil litigation experience, primarily in the areas of products liability, employment law, medical/professional liability and toxic torts. She is also well-versed in handling cases on appeal and has presented oral arguments before the Alabama Supreme Court and North Carolina Court of Appeals.
