Tobias & Comer Wins Case Against State Farm

MOBILE, Ala — Tobias & Comer Law LLC Attorney Bryan Comer tried a successful case with a jury verdict of $378,000 for a client in Mobile County Circuit Court. The client was seriously injured in a motor vehicle collision with an underinsured driver. The plaintiff had State Farm Uninsured Motorist coverage, and the other driver’s insurance wasn’t sufficient to pay the damages owed, so State Farm was required to pay the difference. The client, who had paid premiums for years, filed a lawsuit against State Farm to force payment of the underinsured motorist benefits.
