Woods Named DRI Association Secretary-Treasurer

At DRI’s annual meeting in October, Mobile Bar Association member Ricardo Woods was elected secretary-treasurer, an office that puts him in line for a future presidency. Woods serves as the managing partner of Burr & Forman‘s Mobile office and is on the firm’s Executive Committee. DRI is among the nation’s largest associations of civil defense attorneys and corporate counsel. An 18-year DRI member, Ricardo currently serves as a national director of DRI’s board of directors, chair of its 2025 annual meeting, ADR Committee Board liaison and DRI Foundation DRI for Life chair. He has been actively involved with DRI’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Government Liability Committee, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law Steering Committee and more.
