Baldwin Cold Logistics Facility Announced

Baldwin Cold Logistics is a $27-million cold storage facility being developed in Foley, the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance (BCEDA) announced. The building will offer approximately 91,650 ft2 of class A warehousing and office space to support the growing demand for industrial production in the region. It is strategically located on Industrial Parkway adjacent to Foley Beach Express in the Foley Beach Express Industrial Park and could accommodate one large user or multiple smaller ones. It will include freezer storage, cold storage, machine handling equipment storage and office space. Baldwin County has approximately 200,000 ft2 of cold storage space, much of which is dedicated to a single user or needs significant upgrades. The demand for industrial space along the Gulf Coast has grown in recent years, and Baldwin Cold Logistics is helping to meet this critical market need, BCEDA added. Phase 1 construction is set to begin in second quarter 2026, and leasing is underway by Jake Parker of CBRE Birmingham.
