Enstructure Acquires Richardson

Wellesley, Massachusetts-based marine terminal and logistics company Enstructure LLC recently announced the acquisition of Richardson Cos., a terminal and logistics company with primary operations in the Port of Mobile and Port Houston. Richardson operated approximately 1 million ft2 of industrial warehousing. Enstructure will now operate 20 terminals along the Gulf Coast, East Coast and Inland River System with more than 1,200 employees and more than 5 million ft2 of industrial warehouse capacity. “We are excited to build upon Richardson’s longstanding reputation as a premier breakbulk operator on the Gulf Coast.
