TQL Expands In Spanish Fort

SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Union Township, Ohio-based Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has expanded its Spanish Fort office at Spanish Fort Town Center. TQL’s office footprint will increase from 12,448 ft2 to approximately 22,000 ft2. TQL is one of the largest freight brokerage and third-party logistics provider firms in North America. It provides domestic and international freight transportation and logistics services from 56 offices in 26 states. Birmingham-based SRS Real Estate Partners Vice President Leigh Dale Younce, who represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, commented, “We are excited to see a current tenant be so successful at Spanish Fort Town Center that they significantly expand their footprint.” Justin Toomey of Mobile-based SVN Toomey Property Advisors represented TQL.
