Phase 1 will establish local administrative operations, engineering and fabrication of stainless-steel spools, components and cryogenic pipe systems. Phase 2 will serve as an expansion including two advanced welded stainless-steel pipe mills and additional fabrication capabilities to serve advanced industries across North America.
