Hiller Finalizes Big Acquisition

The Hiller Cos. has announced the acquisition of Carolina Fire Control based in Concord, North Carolina, the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce announced. The growing Mobile-based company will use the purchase to expand its coverage area and services. Hiller plans to maintain all the company’s management, staff and technicians. In November 2020, Hiller completed a purchase of California-based A&D Fire Sprinklers, Inc.. The fire protection company has a presence in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, California and Washington.
