AL.com reports Teckie Hinkebein, who leads strategic communications for Airbus’ commercial aircraft operations in Mobile, has been named a 2026 Women Who Shape the State honoree. In her role, she guides communications efforts that supported the manufacturing facility’s unprecedented growth and expansion, helping transform the site while securing Airbus’ long-term operational success and cultural integration for the France-headquartered company within the U.S. The professional legacy Hinkebein hopes to leave is that of a leader who upholds high standards while leading with deep empathy.
