Threaded Fasteners Expands Again

Mobile-based Threaded Fasteners expanded via acquisition of Meridian, Mississippi-based Construction Fasteners LLC, Business Alabama recently reported. Also an employee-owned maker and distributor of steel fasteners for the construction industry (and those related to it, including utility and chemical), the acquired company marks Threaded Fasteners’ 11th location. It now numbers 190 employees and maintains $7 million worth of inventory at its locations in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Threaded Fasteners has had a branch in Gulfport, Mississippi, since 2006 and announced a $1.7-million expansion last month (Threaded Fasteners Announces $1.7-Million Expansion).
