Heroes Of The Gulf Coast Announced

Sunny 105.7 has announced the second annual Heroes of the Gulf Coast, a special community celebration benefiting the Sea Glass Initiative. This event on April 23 at the Port at Zeke’s in Orange Beach honors individuals along the Gulf Coast who have performed extraordinary acts of heroism and service. The evening begins with a social hour featuring live music from Lisa Christian, followed by a surf-and-turf plated dinner and an awards celebration honoring this year’s heroes. A portion of the event proceeds, along with 100% of the silent auction proceeds, will benefit the Sea Glass Initiative, supporting its mission to end housing insecurity in Baldwin County. This year’s Heroes of the Gulf Coast will be honored in the following categories: “Public Safety – Fire,” “Public Safety – Police,” “Youth Advocate,” “Water Rescue,” “Workplace Hero,” “Medical Hero,” “Good Samaritan” and “Good Samaritan Youth.”
