Meteorologist Foster Joins Fox10

Meteorologist Kelly Foster has joined the FOX10 STORMtracker Team. Foster brings years of Gulf Coast forecasting experience to FOX10, and she will be the meteorologist on Studio10, FOX10 Midday and FOX10 News at 4 PM. She holds seals of approval from both the American Meteorological Society and National Weather Association. She holds a BS in meteorology from Mississippi State University and a BS in radio, TV and film from the University of Southern Mississippi, alongside journalism studies at Auburn University and film studies at the University of London. Foster has won an Edward R. Murrow Award for Breaking News for her live coverage of a massive apartment complex fire, alongside an additional Edward R. Murrow Award for Overall Excellence. Foster has extensive experience as a meteorologist, anchor, host, reporter and producer. Her career includes serving as chief meteorologist and Live at 5 anchor at WDAM-TV and a morning anchor at WXXV.
