Barrett To Appear On Raid The Fridge

MOBILE, Ala. — Erica Barrett, executive chef and owner of SOCU Southern Kitchen & Oyster Bar in Mobile and a forthcoming Birmingham location, will appear on Food Network’s Raid the Fridge on January 25, AL.com reported. Hosted by food writer and restaurateur Dan Ahdoot, the fast-paced competition calls on chefs to prepare dishes with ingredients from mystery refrigerators. Competitors must choose the refrigerators based only on the photos, magnets, recipes and art on their doors. Barrett is a reality program veteran who has appeared on Shark Tank in 2014 and The Profit in 2018. SOCU and Barrett were recently included in an article titled “7 Must-Visit Restaurants for Superb Southern Cuisine” in The Chicago Tribune (SOCU Named In The Chicago Tribune List).
