Davis South Barnette and Patrick (DSB&P) has announced several in-house employee changes. Tammy Holder joins the agency as full-time media director. With more than 20 years of experience in media research, planning and buying, Holder has a background in local and regional markets, along with national experience. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, she is skilled in market analysis, targeting consumer trends and developing measured media campaigns across multiple media platforms. Susan Graves joins the agency as chief operating officer. Graves brings more than 25 years of advertising experience and oversees all financial decisions for the company. She also supervises the human resources, information technology, accounting and administrative support departments. She previously served a dual role as DSB&P’s chief financial officer with a similar role with another large agency in the Southeast. She is also a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.
