Preservation Society Welcomes Historian, Author

MOBILE, Ala. — The Historic Mobile Preservation Society will be hosting historian Mike Bunn, author of Fourteenth Colony: The Forgotten Story of the Gulf South During America’s Revolutionary Era on June 9 at 6 p.m. at the Historic Oakleigh House Museum in Mobile. In Fourteenth Colony, historian Mike Bunn offers the first comprehensive history of the forgotten British colony of West Florida, introducing readers to the Gulf Coast’s remarkable British period and putting West Florida back on the map of colonial America.
