The Eat Beat Returns

The Eat Beat, a publication showcasing the local restaurant and entertainment scene, is returning after a three-year hiatus as a partnership between founder Beth Anne McCormick and Valerie and C.J. Ezell, owners of CrossBay Digital, a marketing agency based in Fairhope. The Eat Beat decided to halt its operations to regroup alongside other small business owners in the community dealing with COVID-19. With restaurants now thriving, musicians resuming performances and tourism bouncing back, The Eat Beat will resume printing and promoting the local restaurant and entertainment scene and serve as a comprehensive guide for residents and visitors and a platform for promoting local musicians, artists and events. The Eat Beat also plans to expand its digital presence with real-time updates on restaurant offerings, events and promotions to connect with a broader audience and create an immersive experience for readers. The first issue of the revived publication is available at local restaurants, coffee shops and venues.
