In Baldwin County, Homebuilder Truland Homes purchased 12 lots from 68 Ventures for a total of $847,000, according to TerraCore Development Services. Local developers are seeking Planned Unit Development approval to rezone 3 acres to build a gulf-front 30-story, 115-unit condominium complex at 26026 Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, according to the Orange Beach Planning Commission.
