Changes to Waterfront Leadership

The Waterfront Rescue Mission of Mobile and Pensacola has named Clay Romano its seventh president and Angie Ishee its executive vice president. Romano comes to Waterfront from Baptist Health Care, where he most recently served as property management director and administrative representative for its support services division. He has also served as treasurer of the nonprofit since 2017. He has been a CPA since 2007 and received his BS in Business Administration in Professional Accountancy and Finance from the University of West Florida. Ishee served as the mission’s vice president of public relations and development for six years and has 29 years of nonprofit experience. She will oversee the divisions that provide support for the organization’s programs and services, including its seven thrift stores; its recycling center; and operations, public relations and development.
