Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser Coming Up

The South Region of the American Cancer Society is presenting its annual Chili Cook-Off on March 11 at 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Canal Street between Washington Avenue and Broad Street. Featuring food and live entertainment, the “Kids Corner” is returning this year, and the Azalea Trail Maids are special guests. Infirmary Health is a co host. Tickets are $10 before the event and $15 at the gate, with proceeds to be used for local educational programs to teach the importance of early detection and prevention, patient services such as transportation, and lifesaving research.
