Chili Fundraiser Coming Up In Fairhope

FAIRHOPE, Ala — Ecumenical Ministries, Inc., is holding its 21st Annual Chili for Charity in downtown Fairhope at the Halstead Amphitheater on February 12 at 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Music will be provided by Blind Dog Mike and Robert Sully, and Lori DuBose and Mark from radio station WABF will be masters of ceremony. Prizes are handmade items by Tom Jones Pottery. For children, there will be inflatables, a mechanical bull, balloon creations, face painting, games and animals from the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Tickets ($12.50 in advance and $15 at the gate for adults and free for children 12 and under) include all-you-can-eat chili. There will also be homemade baked goods, sodas and hot dogs for sale.
