The 2023 Closing the Opportunity Gap grantees include the South Baldwin Literacy Council, the Clotilda Descendants Association, the Alabama 4-H Foundation, HIPPY Clarke County, Camille Place and the Washington County Public Library. “These funds support programs that will narrow the opportunity gap present among our local youth,” the foundation said.
