Forging A Difference Launching In Baldwin County

Forging a Difference, a new nonprofit using blacksmithing and knife making as a way to serve the active-duty, veteran, law enforcement, and first-responder communities, is hosting a kickoff dinner on July 15 at 6:30-7:30 p.m. The Forging a Difference Fund Raising Dinner w/ JD Drinkard will be held at the gym of the Faith Family Fellowship Church in Spanish Fort. An informal catered buffet-style Mexican dinner will be provided at the casual event, admission to which costs $25. In addition to a talk from motivational speaker J.D. Drinkard, the vision and goals of the nonprofit and how attendees can be involved will be discussed.
