Gala To Benefit Youth-Reach

SUMMERDALE, Ala. — Summerdale-based Youth-Reach Gulf Coast, which focuses on helping young men aged 18-22, will be the beneficiary of the Mystical Order of Aurora’s Swanky Gala on August 12 at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Gulf Coast Media reports. Featuring a "casino royale" with music by Jesse & The Jets, there will be a large silent auction, a raffle, his and hers best-dressed awards, heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Tickets are $110 and include $250 in casino play money, unless an entire table is purchased for $1,600. This includes $500 in casino play money per person. The nonprofit has been the event’s beneficiary for the past four years, and more than $68,000 was raised for it last year.
