Habitat For Humanity Completes Two Homes

Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Alabama is holding a dedication ceremony today for homes it calls “the side-by-sides” at 7245 and 7249 Third Street in Mobile. Completion of the homes has been a long time coming, as staff have dealt with supply and labor shortages, along with numerous other delays over the past three years. The houses are the 226th and 227th new homes constructed by the local nonprofit, which will celebrate its 35th anniversary in September.
