Habitat For Humanity Dedicates Two Homes Today

Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Alabama will dedicate side-by-side homes at 4691 and 4699 Campanella Drive in Theodore and turn over door keys to the new homeowners, Jaleisa Davis and Geraldine Robinson, on December 6 at 11 a.m. These houses mark four dedicated by the nonprofit this year. Another four homes are currently under construction. The recipients “have worked so hard to become homeowners,” said Courtney Rouse-Heinz, executive director. “Along with fulfilling the sweat equity requirements on their own homes, both have pitched in many times to help other homeowners.” Both are native Mobilians. The projects are supported by American Rescue Plan Act funds awarded to the Mobile County Commission and by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
