Live Warrior Challenge This Weekend

DAPHNE, Ala. — The American Autism & Rehabilitation Foundation, a Daphne-based nonprofit, is holding both virtual and live fundraising challenges this month. The Warrior Challenge is taking place virtually throughout the month. In it, participants may choose to run or walk 31, 65 or 100 mi. and track their miles weekly for chances to win prizes. The Muddy Warrior Challenge is the live event, taking place on March 5 at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley. In it, participants will complete a 5k run through an obstacle-laden mud course. The event will also include a “Kids Fun Run” and a “Victory Celebration.” Registration, $35 for adults and $12 for children 12 and under, includes a T-shirt, and Christy Kelley Wilson may be emailed for more information.
