Muddy Warrior Challenge To Benefit Local Autism Foundation

Registration is open for the Muddy Warrior Challenge 5K Terrain and Kids Fun Run benefiting the nonprofit American Autism & Rehabilitation Foundation on August 28 at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley. The event combines running, obstacles and mud, and there is a “stay in bed option.” The family-oriented event will end with a victory celebration. The entry fee, now $35 but increasing incrementally to $45 on race day, includes the obstacle event and a T-shirt. The top-three finishers in each category will be recognized. The foundation is dedicated to supporting the resources and comprehensive therapies offered at the American Autism Center in Daphne, as well as other nonprofits for the special needs community.
