Neighborhood Bridges Launches In Baldwin County

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — Nonprofit Neighborhood Bridges Baldwin County recently opened its doors in Fairhope, it announced. "We engage advocates—teachers, counselors, social workers and administrators, for example—to identify and post needs within the school community. Needs are shared via email once a day but only when a new need is posted. Recipients remain anonymous,” the organization explained. “We encourage the community at large to sign up for our email and follow us on Facebook." It has already helped impact 579 students and families and includes schools in Fairhope, Daphne and Spanish Fort. Its long-range goal is to expand to all schools in Baldwin County.
