Prodisee Pantry’s Farm To Table Is Tomorrow

Prodisee Pantry‘s Farm to Table fundraiser is taking place on April 12 at 4:30-8 p.m. in the pastures of Lazy Daisy Farm in Stapleton. Featuring a locally sourced, multicourse menu paired with fine wines, the annual event was voted “Best Charity Event” in Gulf Coast Media‘s Best of Baldwin competition. According to the publication, Prodisee Pantry raises funds to help combat food insecurity in Baldwin County, distributing 180 tons of fresh, locally grown produce to families in need in 2024 alone. Dishes will be prepared by Executive Chef Matt Palmara, Chef Ed Douglas and students from the Coastal Alabama Community College’s culinary arts program. Each course will highlight seasonal ingredients from area farms and will be expertly paired with wines. Tickets for the 21-and-older event are $125 per person, and only a limited number remain. The farm’s address will be provided upon ticket purchase.
