United Way Group Announces Volunteer Fair

The United Way of Southwest Alabama Emerging Leaders is hosting the Engaging the Next Generation Volunteer Fair on December 9 at 6-8 p.m. at Innovation Portal in Mobile. The group invites young leaders aged 21-40 seeking further involvement in the community to attend. The event is geared toward attendees visiting local nonprofits to learn their missions and discover new volunteer opportunities. Nonprofits interested in having a table at the event may reserve a spot for $35 by calling Katherine Pitman at 251-431-3624. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
