Village Of Hope Jamboree Coming To Fairhope

A team of Leadership Baldwin County participants is hosting the Village of Hope Jamboree on August 9 at 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the University of South Alabama’s Fairhope campus. It aims to raise awareness and support for local children in the foster and adoption system while offering families a joyful way to engage in community giving. Proceeds from the event will go directly toward its costs, with all remaining funds donated to the nonprofit Baldwin County Foster and Adoptive Parent Association. The event will feature free food, live acoustic music, a children’s zone, food truck and onsite mental health professionals, and foster/adoption resources. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and RSVP. There is a form to donate or sponsor the event. For more information, contact Sally Westendorf at email or phone: 251-974-4626.
